Complaints and Suggestions

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our Health Centre.

However if you are not happy with the service that you receive at the Health Centre please contact the Practice Manager or ask a receptionist for a complaint form. If you have any suggestions on ways in which the Health Centre could improve its service for our patients please contact the Practice Manager or speak to one of the staff at reception.
