We work closely with the North East Essex Diabetes Service and our colleagues at Colchester University NHS Foundation Trust (CHUFT) to provide shared care for patients. Checks are normally carried out every six months with our Diabetic Nurse. However, should you experience any problems with your diabetes, please make an appointment with our Diabetic Nurse.
